    My experience at this TD branch was literally a nightmare. The "branch manager" (I use this term loosely) was extremely disrespectful and rude. She refused me service because she "did not recognize me" even though I had my bank card, valid pin and valid ID. She even went out of her way to contact the fraud department instead of contacting my local branch. After being a TD customer for 10+ years I will be looking for a new bank as I never want to be treated like that again. TD is national institution where one should be able to bank anywhere in Canada, clearly this is not the case.

    No one to take your call at TD ! That is pretty bad for a bank in banking hours. We have a large sum of money to transfer and we found a human being at the Scotia Bank ! Thank God for human beings we now have a new Scotia Bank account and our Real Estate closing will be timely
