    The Ford Edge is a great vehicle for driving in the sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie area. It takes me everywhere that I want to go and has not failed me yet. The service at Ford is wonderful and they do a thorough job at cleaning the vehicle during a service. Wonderful work by the dealership

    You have to be careful when you order any parts there because they are antiquated in their order process and do not provide proper training. It cost me about $40.in shop charges at my garage just to find out that the part they ordered for my vehicle wasn't meant for the year. It is not a replaceable part on its own for my model year so they ordered the part for another model year. When I suggested they at least could give me a free oil change since it was their mistake, I was simply told " It doesn't work like that." I will not be dealing with them again since I am in other cities often enough. I didn't get the right part on at least one other occasion and will not be fooled again.!!!
