    Ordered a new keyboard for my laptop in Maysa and never got it and they do not call you when stuff is in or rrady for pick up. They are to expensive as well. Best Buy is the better place for gettng good service. They are on top of everything especially calling you when product is ready or giving you information on what needs to be done

    Overpriced, under stocked, seem to lack the most common of items. They never try to help. Might as well order online and/or travel to shop.

    Like the other post says, way over priced always under stocked and lacks many other items. I almost always look out of town and online first.

    Refuses to accept shipments from other sources. Refuses to have anything to do with corporate policy . I would be surprised if they honerd any wArenties for items not,bought at there store
