  Fords a joke!!!!!! I purchased a 2007 licon mkz about a year ago. They ripped me off they sold me a car that was in a 15000 dollar accidend and was aware only when i went to abother dealership they said if its oer 3000 dollars they have to disclose dollar amount and the print up of it they saw a desprit woman with three young disable kids in need of a vehicle and took advantage of me dont go there thell rip u off

  I bought a used van from this dealership , the gas gauge was marking full at the time of purchase and it was part of Charlie's sale pitch { you are getting a full tank of gas with the purchase of this van } to get me to buy the van . After doing the paperwork and putting my plates on the van I just purchased I drove it home , I did not make it home because I ran out of gas . I live 2 miles from Ford , so the gas gauge was not working and the Ford dealer did agree to look at it . The Ford dealer changed the pump and gauge unit , when I came back to Ford to pick up my van the gas gauge was OK but the van was hard to start so I went in to let the Ford garage know the van was hard to start . They told me there was air in the gas lines and the problem would correct itself . The problem did not correct itself and it just got worse , I found out when I brought my van to another garage that the Ford dealership in Elliot Lake installed an old pump gauge unit that was cracked and dirty and it was easy to see it was old and therefore not able to keep the motor running . Ford did not want to honor the 30 day warranty and this cost me over $500.00 out of my pocket to fix what Ford of Elliot Lake was supposed to fix under warranty . I will not buy anything from Elliot Lake Ford ever again and I do speak to others of my experience .
