    Owner would rather call another dealer and complain about competition rather than offer competitive prices locally. I would suggest reaching out to customer and offering 500$ less than quoted price by competitor and free maintenance for a year to make up for your error in judgment by trying to control Honda ATV prices in the area. To begin with at the very least you should have matched it but you are past that point now. Very poor business practices
