  No compassion what so ever. Left to suffer for 3 days with two abcessed teeth. Won't even write a prescription for antibiotics prior to 3 day delayed appointment. Swollen Jaw = Infection. Dont need a consultation to tell I need antibiotics. Do you people even understand what "emergency dental treatment" is?

  I've had dentists in the GTA prescribe anti-biotics and pain killers over the phone when there were delays on their part. So I know it can be done. I also know my own body, and what type of anti-biotics work and don't work for me. I have visited the emergency room and received what I required now, no thanks to Hillside Dental Clinic.

  I just wanted to take a moment to say we were quite offended by the treatment we recieved today and how frustrating it is to drive from Blind River to be on time for an 1130 appointment and to be left sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the doctor eats his lunch. I dont know what made you think my familys time is less important than your time, but you are sadly mistaken about that.  Today was unacceptable, and when you combine this with the 2 times we drove up for our appointments from Blind River only to find out they were rescheduled and we werent notified, it really makes us feel like our business isnt that important to you.
